Workshop Description
Experience the meditative practice of nature journaling, where observation meets creativity. Using watercolor as the primary medium, this workshop welcomes participants of all skill levels to explore the natural world through art.
Held in a setting rich with natural elements, each session focuses on a botanical feature of the environment. Through guided discussion, participants will learn about the species’ form, color, and interpretation, while weaving in personal memories and stories tied to the subject.
You’ll deepen your connection to nature and develop your observational skills while creating a meaningful watercolor journal entry. This session invites you to slow down, reflect, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural world.

- This is a beginner level class. No knowledge of watercolor needed, we'll be working on a few techniques and speaking about form and color as we use our senses for taking in our surroundings. Nature Journaling is an observational recording that helps to develop curiosity, notate, and examine surroundings.
