Workshop Description
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to sew a stylish, lightweight duster perfect for layering. The class focuses on simple garment construction techniques with room for creative customization. By the end, you’ll have the skills to complete a versatile duster and the confidence to replicate it at home.
Participants will create a duster-style jacket, which can be customized for different lengths and styles. The final product will feature:
– A long, flowing open-front design
– Optional side slits, pockets, or sleeves.
– Lightweight fabric for layering in any season.
Participants will leave with a finished or almost-finished duster and the skills to replicate the project at home.
